Who we are and what this covers

LTG Solutions LLC operates this business website. This policy covers website inquiries, the AI Opportunity Mapper, and website marketing signups. Client projects may have separate contracts and data-processing terms. Contact us at contact@ltgsolutions.net or (573) 305-4700 with privacy questions.

Information you provide and why

Our contact form collects your name, email address, and project message, plus optional company, service, and budget details. We use these to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. A contact inquiry does not enroll you in marketing emails. The mapper receives your email address and workflow description to provide analysis and prevent abuse. Please share only a general business workflow, without confidential information, personal details about other people, passwords, payment information, health information, or other sensitive data.

AI processing

When live analysis is available, workflow text is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. We also send a keyed identifier derived from your email for abuse prevention, rather than your email address itself. Requests disable stored model responses, which is not a promise of zero retention: the provider may retain data for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations under its applicable terms. The mapper does not save workflow text in our lead database unless you choose to transfer it to the quote form and submit that form. AI output can be inaccurate and is not a measured saving or a professional recommendation.

Marketing choices

Marketing signup is required to use the free mapper. A signup records the visitor's stated consent, but does not verify ownership of the email address. Marketing delivery is not currently connected; an email service may be added later and this policy will be updated to identify it before use. When you sign up, we store your email address, consent timestamp, wording version, and signup source to administer the subscription. You can withdraw consent by emailing contact@ltgsolutions.net or using the opt-out method in a marketing email. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent you from contacting us about services.

Technical data, cookies, and browser storage

Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, and browser information to deliver and protect the site. The app uses keyed or hashed identifiers derived from IP addresses and email addresses for rate limits and daily analysis quotas. These identifiers are not treated as anonymous. Short-lived access tokens are held in the page while you use the mapper.

Azure hosting may set routing cookies, including ARRAffinity and ARRAffinitySameSite, to keep requests on the same server. When you request a quote from mapper results, your browser temporarily stores your email, workflow, and results in session storage so the contact form can be prefilled. The app removes that draft after reading it; closing the tab normally clears session storage. Browser settings may block storage and affect these features.

This website code does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or mechanisms for selling personal data or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not track browsing across third-party websites and does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Service providers still process the operational data described above.

Recipients and processing locations

Microsoft Azure provides hosting, database storage, and inquiry email delivery. OpenAI processes workflow requests when AI analysis is enabled. Authorized personnel may review inquiries to respond to you. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect the service and our legal rights.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the record and purpose: inquiry records support follow-up and business records; subscription and consent records support marketing administration; limited suppression records may be needed to honor opt-outs; technical records and quota identifiers support security and abuse prevention. Legal obligations, disputes, and backups may affect deletion. You may ask about retention for your information or request deletion using the contact details below. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

Email contact@ltgsolutions.net to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw marketing consent. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, appeal, or a complaint to a regulator. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; do not email identity documents or sensitive records unless we arrange an appropriate method. Applicable legal and operational exceptions may limit a request. You can also use our contact form.

Children and policy changes

This website and mapper are intended for adult business users, not children. Please contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information so we can review and address it. We post policy updates on this page and change the date above. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.
